Recently, Libby started to turn and twist his hind leg outward and upon examination, it was found he requires an FHO surgery. (An FHO, or femoral head ostectomy, is a surgical procedure that aims to restore pain-free mobility to a diseased or damaged hip by removing the head and neck of the femur)

Unfortunately Libby can't have this surgery until all funds are raised for the procedure and recovery medications (Approx $5000-$7000)
